Shipping
Dummy clips (for up to two clips) and small flat items can be enveloped posted for $4.95.
Play Gyms (frame only) $19.95 (including packaging, registration and insurance)
Play Gym Packages (with toys) $29.95 (including packaging, registration and insurance)
Rat tan Play Dome (frame only and with toys) $29.95 (including packaging, registration and insurance)
Magnetic Learning Wall $49.95 (including packaging, registration and insurance)
Most other items are a flat rate Australia wide of $9.95 with the exception of some heavier items being $19.95
Express post upgrade is available. If you require your order urgently please ensure you add the express postage upgrade to your cart.
Local Collection
If you are in the Ocean Grove, Victoria area and wish to collect your order please use the code LOCAL to remove the shipping costs. If you are purchasing using another code please contact me after you order to refund your shipping cost as only one code can be used at a time.
Turnaround Times
The turnaround time for production of your custom made Arabella + Autumn item is generally 1-2 weeks but can sometimes be up to 4-6 weeks for play gyms and play domes in times of high demand. If you require your order urgently please let us know as we always try to accommodate.
We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the delivery of items.
As many of Arabella + Autumn products are hand made with love by a busy mum of four please be patient when waiting for your order. We don't like to rush our beautiful high end products and want you to receive a well finished item you'll be extremely happy with.
Pre Ordered Products
Occasional Arabella + Autumn will offer products on a pre order basis. The time frames noted in these pre orders are an estimate only and can occasionally change. This is out of our control as these products are not made by Arabella + Autumn. There are no refunds on pre ordered products
Terms and Conditions/Returns Policy
Many of Arabella + Autumn products are made to order so please take note of our estimated time frame for dispatch (generally between 1-4 weeks). If you require your product urgently please let us know upon ordering.

All sales are final and as our products are often custom made unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products and colours carefully. We do not offer refunds on pre ordered products.
All A + A products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products.
If your find a fault with your product please contact us within 7 days of its arrival. We will inspect the product upon its return and at our discretion offer a refund or a store credit for exchange. In the event the item is faulty we will reimburse all postage costs to the customer.
